Frequently asked questions

Is this just mass cold email?

No. Mass, non-personalised outreach is spam and damages your domain reputation. We build personalised sequences using real data about each prospect: their company, role, recent activity, and fit with your ICP. Every message reads like it was written for that person.

What CRM systems do you work with?

HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, Monday.com, Notion, Close.io, and others. If your CRM has an API, we can build on top of it. If you do not have a CRM yet, we will help you choose one that fits.

How do you avoid landing in spam?

We configure proper email infrastructure: SPF, DKIM, DMARC, mailbox warm-up, send volume management, and domain health monitoring. Getting into inboxes is foundational to everything we build on the outreach side.

Do you write the outreach copy?
